Cold-drawn wire from Ø1.00 mm to Ø14.00 mm, annealed wire Ø1.00–12.00 mm, cut-to-length Ø1.00–10.00 mm, and condenser wire Ø1.20–4.00 mm. Flat bar wire is made to custom width and thickness on request.

Standard grades are SAE 1006, 1008 and 1010, manufactured to TS EN 10218 with raw material to DIN EN 10016. On request we also work to TS 2348, TS 10025, DIN 17223 and 10263. Every lot is fully traceable to its steel heat.

Yes. Every production lot ships with an EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificate that includes chemical composition and mechanical test results, together with heat traceability.

Bright, super-bright and black finishes for cold-drawn wire. Annealed wire ships soft black or bright. Condenser wire has a smooth, coat-ready surface suitable for powder-paint or electro-galvanising.

Baskets (sepet), bobbin coils, carton-lined “rozet” winding or spools — package weight from 20 kg up to 2,000 kg. Container-optimised stacking on request.

Standard orders ship in 2–4 weeks from PO confirmation depending on diameter, grade and packaging. Complex specifications or large volumes may take longer — we confirm exact lead time with every quote.
