We audited our own electricity per tonne this year — quietly, honestly, without marketing it. The result is a mix of small improvements: die inspection every 24 h instead of every shift, tighter furnace loading, waste-heat capture where practical.
None of this is glamorous. All of it matters when the customer asks why our quote is a good one.
