Our annealed wire line runs in 2014 on inter-annealed and full-annealed cycles depending on the customer’s tensile target. Coating-ready surface is standard.
Because we anneal in-house, we can respond quickly when a customer says “same grade, softer, ship this week.” That single-plant discipline is what {c[“age”]} of manufacturing continuity gets you.
The trade-off with annealing is scrap yield and energy cost. Both belong to us, not the customer, and we design our furnace campaigns accordingly.
